Silverfin Workflow Updates

This help article discusses what you should do if there are workflow updates on your Silverfin file.

If you see the below message on any of the workflows on the Silverfin file it means that there has been an update/amendment to some of the reconciliations.

What should you do?

• If the period that the update is appearing in has already been finalised then you should NOT push through the updates as this may change some of your reconciliations etc.

• If the period is in the middle of being worked on and is not near the finalisation stage then it would be recommended to push through the updates so you are working on the newest template versions.

• If the period is just being started then the updates should be pushed through before you get started on the file.
