Sage Business Cloud Accounting (SBCA)

This help article will cover some tips for SBCA syncs.


To be able to set up a SBCA sync you need to have your own sync set up.

When trying to sync a client, if your name does not appear in this list of syncs you should contact the Silverfin Experts and they will be able to arrange this for you.

You will only be able to set up the sync if you have access to the client.

NOTE:

At the moment there is a minor issue on the Sage BCA syncs where there is no detail pulling through for some transactions. See below as an example;

It seems to be that no description pulls in for the "Quick Entry Invoice" transactions. To get the detail of these you will need to go and view from within Sage BCA or view on the nominal ledger report.
